ISAT Non-Tenure-Track (NTT) Teacher of Year 2016: Brad Hagy
Mr. Brad Hagy, Senior Lecturer of Information Systems Technologies (IST), was selected by ISAT faculty as the School NTT Teacher of the Year for 2016-2017. According to Director Chung, Mr. Hagy is a dedicated, hard-working individual who strives for the highest quality in teaching. His annual ICE scores in 2015 averaged 4.57. During Fall 2016, Prof. Hagy offered an independent-study course for three students to learn programming in COBOL. He volunteered to teach this course as he saw the demands from his students and their professional career. Mr. Hagy was also NTT Teacher of the Year in IAST in 2013 and 2014. Congratulations!
ISAT Tenured/Tenure-Track (T/TT) Teacher of Year 2016: Tom Imboden
Dr. Tom Imboden, Associate Professor of Information Systems Technologies (IST), was selected by School of Information Systems and Applied Technologies (ISAT) faculty as the School T/TT Teacher of the Year for 2016-2017. According to Director Chung, Prof. Imboden always brings new cybersecurity technologies to the IST curriculum. With passion and commitment, his annual averages of ICE scores were 4.71, 4.66, and 4.11 in 2015, 2014, and 2013 respectively. He has voluntarily served as the IST Program Coordinator since fall 2014, and served as Technology Mentor in CASA. Congratulations!
